The genie set in motion the events to him becoming a prince, but he wasn’t nobility until he got married in the third(?) movie.

I thought he became prince when his father became King of Thieves. I read a theory that said his dad becoming king of thieves probably happened when Aladdin wished to be a prince

Were all the employees seen earlier in the "Prince Ali" song real or phantasms? If real, did the genie create them strictly for the purpose of serving Aladdin? The song mentions slaves as part of the royal retinue -- did the genie create slaves? Like a magic Arabian Eldon Tyrell?

I think they were real and already existed. The genie just transported them to Aladdin's location and made them loyal to him. Also, there's some city somewhere that Aladdin is now just absentee Prince of.

Is a message to your subconscious... No matter what you achieve, you will never be "royalty" or however you call it in your country

By definition a prince is someone of royal blood. Aladdin was not of royal blood, hence not a real prince. Since physically changing someone's bloodline is impossible, what the genie really did was turn it into a problem of language. Can a married man wish to be a bachelor?

Sure, it's called a divorce.

If Aladdin were a real hero he would have freed the genie with his first wish rather than his last

I think the moral of the tales on which Aladdin is based is that what you wish for usually comes in an unexpectedly negative way. So I suggest: he wasn't a real prince, he just looked like one; his retinue were illusions bar Abu;& real human merit is based on character not status
