Remember, whenever Democrats talk about how centrist policies give them a better chance at winning, there is a 99% chance the real reason is that they just want centrist policies. And their corporate donors also sure as well want centrist policies. They don't care about strategy.
I don't think that any one candidate is the perfect candidate nationwide. @Ocasio2018 is a great candidate for her district, but she wouldn't stand a chance in my district. Rural MN is purple...we need a moderate Dem, or we'll end up with a Republican.
