"Civility" is just a coded word for the comfortable, white, property owning members of society to tell the oppressed to not be too disruptive to their lives as they fight for justice. Every time someone calls for civility, it really just means "do less". Don't be fooled.

With all possible respect, Mexican and Central American labor make up the vast majority of back-of-the-house restaurant workers, not just dishwashers. There would literally be no American restaurant industry without them.
