Pretty optimistic to assume fascists won't be writing the history books
Historian in the year 2138: Fascism arose in America in the early 21st century. At first the American Right weren't going to do fascism, but everyone was pretty mean to them and called them fascists, and they were like "fine we'll just be fascists then, assholes." So they did.
