The one thing they thought was super cool though, was German & Scandinavian “Oompah” music. That influence is still heard in what they call la "Música Norteña”.
When the world saw the ingredients found in Mexico, they transformed their entire cuisines. The tomato in Italy, the chili pepper in India, corn all across the globe. When Mexico saw the ingredients of everyone else, they were like "nah, we're good, we can already make tacos."

We took the shawarma from lebanese immigrants and made tacos al pastor though.

Actually, we took from Europeans chicken, beef, pork and cheese and used them in our tacos.
