This is not about those countries having legal immigrants only. Pew Research estimates unauthorized immigrants (in millions): Central American: 1.6 Asia: 1.5 South American: 0.6 Europe/Canada: 0.5 Asia and Europe have similar numbers, but are virtually ignored by ICE. Why? Race.
ICE's only purpose is to purge Mexicans and Central/South Americans from the population, and they've deported millions to that end. ICE is fascism. We should abolish ICE because we are not fascists, and should not have branches of the government dedicated to ethnic cleansing.

This is nation-building. Since California used to belong to Mexico, it's important for the country to constantly reassert that they do not belong on land that was historically occupied by their ancestors.
Also number of deportations are proportional to number of people coming through the borders illegally. It is not just a factor of total immigrants from a particular country or region.
