Theres literally no way someone can actively play characters like Lucina and Palutena at every tournament and say they gain genuine joy from playing them and don’t ever get bored from them. they are so fucking boring and easy that it’s just not even fun to win with them

As someone who has won once or twice in my time i can safely say: winning is not always fun, especially if you have to play a super lame way to win; ie sharp vs dm, me vs brevity

Idk, been competing for a decade, winning always was my "fun" but now when I win with any char in Ult I feel like I didn't deserve it because I'm abusing the least fun to perform shit in Smash history, all because any other dynamic play is unviable. Ult is a competitive mess
