Today, my office filed homicide charges against the former officer who shot and killed Keita O’Neil, an unarmed, Black man in 2017. As far as we are aware, this is the first time in San Francisco history that an officer has been prosecuted for homicide.

That people driving state lottery vehicles are suckers in the Bayview and should be assaulted and carjacked? That precedent?

The precedent that cops are not judge, jury, and executioner.

No they’re civil servants and last time I checked the DA was not supposed to take the side of yet another carjacker. Do your job for F sake. This was last week. Do you want to hear a family member scream they have been shot randomly for no reason? Of course you do.pic.twitter.com/y75xbuzge6

Charging the cop has nothing to do with taking sides. Two wrongs don't make a right and everyone in this country has a right to a fair trial. 'Execution via Apprehension' can't be on the table.

Says the guy who posts pictures of double parked cars. Who is the cop?
Here I get lambasted for being a complainer. Your neighborhood is lovely. Hope you get your annual carjacking in this year . #Hypocritehttps://twitter.com/dsteinwedel/status/1322195435738394626 …
