        "Aiding airstrikes" is an extremely charitable characterization. It's not just supplying planes & bombs. The whole of the air war has been managed by US-UK active-duty personnel & contractors. Logistics, maintenance, ISR, target development, mission planning, C2, midair refueling

        And why is that? It’s because the Saudis are an illegitimate regime. The security apparatus is only aimed at protectinng royals from internal threats. Upper echelon military are connected family in cushy jobs. The rest are aimed internally or untrained so they won’t be a threat.
