Gray hoodie guy had his hands up at the beginning of the video and walking away calmly. Even if he’d just been physical with another person, there was ZERO reason for that cop to rush him like that.

I’m of the idea that Gray Hoodie Guy was a plant by the cops to rile the crowd. Putting his hands up was likely a signal.
