Mueller leaves no doubt: 1) He didn't exonerate the president because there is evidence he committed crimes. 2) Justice Department policy prevented him from charging the president with any crimes. 3) The Constitution leaves it up to Congress to act—and that's impeachment.

There's no evidence and there isn't a clearance either. What Mueller basically said was a long, I don't know. Unless you are psychic, neither do you.

I agree. Congress, the time to act is now. Mr Mueller said he couldnt indict him but Congress should look into the matter. That's a flashing green light if I ever heard one.

My question: If Congress doesn’t, then what? They haven’t so far despite everything. If it’s their responsibility to do so and they don’t, who’s next in line to take responsibility?
