The severity of this misconduct demands that elected officials in both parties set aside political considerations and do their constitutional duty. That means the House should initiate impeachment proceedings against the President of the United States.
There is clear evidence within the report, that Barr also lied to Congress. He should be taken before they entirety and judged for conspiring aid in committing treason against. But getting directly involved coma this can be seen as an act of war which they sparked.
