Not sure why so many people think a chin obviates the "need" for a notch. Lots of users (myself included) highly prefer a fingerprint sensor on the front of the phone, so to achieve that + bezel-less look, notch + chin make sense.

What is interesting is that Apple will leave notches by 2019. My guess is everybody will move to this direction as well. I saw iPhone X in a store and notch is really annoying.

Samsung GS9/9+ literally the only attractive phone this year. The notch is horrible. The camera layout is horrible too. And on top of that, it's an iPhone clone
