It’s a privilege cause a lot of people can easily say “oh I have anxiety” or “oh I have depression” but if someone says the same about bipolar or schizophrenia, people judge them and look at them very differently. Of course having a mental illness is not a privilege.

Not a privilege per se. If I didn’t have anxiety i definitely wouldn’t choose to have it and I don’t use it as a flex at all
