And that’s why I said that book is a good option, also therapy can be affordable. There are many clinics that offer free or reduced therapy to those who are low income. If you can afford go for it, but that doesn’t mean you should suffer mentally if you cant.

I understand that but like I said, there’s options for therapy for those who are low income, as you pointed out you have tried. I went through two therapist myself before I found a good fit.
