True but the statistics of most consumers shows that most are online. The question would depend on the product and platform too.

Most are online but we have seen it doesn’t mean much. We have influencers who promote brands, who would you trust more? A friend/ family telling you about a product face to face or a stranger online? Conversion would be different.
