First off Ginger was the only show where the cartoon characters actually changed their clothes.pic.twitter.com/RjIh4vm3xf
Ginger’s father was never in her life. One day he sends her a late gift and she invites him to her school where she will be reading a poem. The poem is called ‘Hey Stranger’ and it’s about how she never knew him. He never shows up to hear it.pic.twitter.com/jBF8pzKapW
After her poem, she received flowers, the card says it’s from her father and she tells everyone her father sent them. She later calls her mom at the hospital and thanks her mom for sending her flowers. Lois, Ginger’s Kim has always been a single mom and fills the void.pic.twitter.com/gixf4eCcae
In ‘Lesson In Tightropes’ Darren breaks up with Ginger and she goes home and cries. Her mom realizes she’s having an acute appendicitis attack and she is rushed to the hospital. Finally her dad shows up for once

In ‘And She Was Gone’ Ginger writes a poem about being depressed and it catches the eye of her school psychiatrist who invites her to group therapy and it inspires Courtney to open up too.pic.twitter.com/Lixf7OHXjW
Lois dumps her boyfriend because she can’t put up with his freeloading. Later, she tells her kids, “Being in a relationship just for the sake of being in a relationship is plain crazy. You have to let your heart lead the way…”pic.twitter.com/Q71oVNtZZg
Best villain ever! Miranda was always jealous of how Courtney adored Ginger. In ‘Far From Home’ she actually worked to get Ginger a scholarship at a school far from home so she wouldn’t come back. Lolpic.twitter.com/cNhk52xJ0N
Why did Miranda resent Ginger so much? (Even anyone who gets close to Courtney) well Miranda grew up in a very strict household with a military father. So perhaps Cortney’s love and loyalty was the only form of love she knew. And she didn’t want anyone getting inbetween that.pic.twitter.com/rsUJEVVL1f
