The people who were suppose to lead Black Lives Matter ended up just being opportunist who profited.

That’s an interesting question. If they are taking the money and tap dancing, leading the movement astray..of course not. But if they can keep their principles... why not? Again, how are we going to have soldiers in the streets making tremendous sacrifice but cap their earnings?

Remember when covid 19 started and ppl where overly taking products and selling it for profit.... people are on the internet making up fake go fund me's selling tshirts that to be honest cost way to much for someone to go "protest in." Im a person on the front lines

I’m not talking about grifters. I’m talking about people on the media front lines, who have something that makes people want more. That they can capitalize on to build a comfortable life. And I say, if you can stick to your mission, why not?

Im also on the internet as well. Yes we need support but just buying a tshirt not even from "non profit" is not helping the cause. We see none of it. Thats is what
@evelynvwoodsen was saying. Not the little ppl the big people -
On that point I agree with all of you. The main beneficiary should be the community. But I think, when the smoke clears, we have to have an honest conversation on how we are going to get young people to commit to fighting when it doesn’t afford them a comfortable life.
