These same corporations that Blue Vest takes money from are not for black lives. He misses the point entirely, he advocates for better policing when the solution should just be abolish all police. We don’t need cops who treat us nicer while arresting us like no.

He always says it’s not about anti-police...when it is. Many of the actual activist of Ferguson have died while Blue Vest has gone on to publish a book, get awards, get a podcast, mingle with celebrities and it’s like?? Is it about black lives matter anymore

And let’s be clear, social activist should be paid for the work they do and honored but there’s a very thin line that it can come off as opportunistic.

Black death is a business for many companies. Ferguson activist Darren Seals (now dead) once said all of these money flows for victims like Mike Brown But the community never sees it. Radical people like Darren Seals aren’t allowed to be the face of this movement.

Who is allowed to become the face of the movement? Have you realized many of the people who are the face are not that radical and appease corporate interests.

To end this thread here is my exact point. A federal investigation found that Wells Fargo discriminated against thousands of African-American job applicants. They have to pay $175 million for race discrimination. Makes you think.pic.twitter.com/I62l5EDZpc
