Yes, nobody knows what they actually look like because the brain has micro-analyzed our facial features so much that what we see is very biased every time

Face dysmorphia is def part of body dysmorphia. Watched a doc abt a woman who hated her face and thought her nose was way bigger than it is. Her parents and doctors were trying their best to help her see that it was the dysmorphia making her feel like it needed to be done.
