I’m not saying you’re lying about the delays or scamming ... I know the situation with shipping is not ideal right now, but maybe listen to a customer who just wants more open communication. A blast email should’ve been sent to everyone waiting on their orders.

This one in DECEMBER when I paid before they went on Chinese New Year then had to go on lockdown for two months because the virus began in China and is NOW affecting the US + INTERNATIONAL shipping. I’ve apologized. My business and customers are my baby’s I hate to disappoint.

I’m not trying to come for her I’m trying to express that the line of communication hasn’t been great. My last order update was over a month ago I just wanted to know what was going on. It shouldn’t be hard to update customers.

That’s understandable and I have ordered some stuff from small businesses too but I understand rn corona is delaying a lot of shipments and stuff so I think right now we should be more compassionate and understanding.
