Give up sugar cold turkey and drink a gallon of water a day for two weeks (2 gallons the first four days) and watch the results give you motivation to keep on going.

Word! It can be tough for some but easy for others. A lot of things have sugar. And walking is underrated for weight loss. You don’t have to run, just put in your pods, put some music or audio book and Issa go

My latest cut I started on Jan 27. The first month I dropped 11. For Me I added weightlifting to it and I do keto too.
