A personal goal of mine is to wake up at sunrise, around 6am, every day. I’m not there yet (at all) but after everything I’ve researched, I think it’s healthiest route

I sleep from 10-6, work 6-2, socialize/whatever 2-10. But lately all of that has been increased by 2 hours, going to bed at 12
