Yeah. I think the flip side is that his music still isn't more relevant than him/his name/his brand. He prolly got some type of 360/situation where they get a piece of all his endorsements, YT ad revenue, etc.

I doubt that either cause he can generates millions of listens/views without the label so I doubt he has a 360, it wouldn’t be in his best interest for the label to have a cut of those things
