Since I changed my diet, my anxiety has gotten a lot better!
Well I use to eat alot of sugar and fried foods which honestly I think made me even more anxious cause stuff like that keeps you wired. I cut it out of my diet and my mind has been chiller. I don’t overthink as much

interesting. I started this 30 day cut-back challenge on Monday which eliminates sugar and fried foods so I hope it helps me in the same manner.

It should! I use to go to therapy but stopped but honestly I suffered really badly with anxiety but exercising and change of diet has allowed me to be calmer and enjoy life more. It’s been about 3 weeks
