Hellofa thread here from Anthony, who has learned *a lot* the best way possible; the hard way by doing it himself.

I spent the last 3 days dumping everything I've learnt about EV charging with my two failed startups into a massive series of blog posts. Dunno if anyone on Twitter cares, but I had to get it out of my system so I can close this chapter & move on. blog.decryption.net.au/t/everything-i

Happy Wattle Day everyone! Remember, wattle has heavy, sticky pollen & doesn't give you hayfever coz it's too heavy to blow in the breeze. It's grasses, poplars, pines, etc that have loads of fine, invisible pollen that fill the air & get up ur nose. #WattleDay

I've found it very hard to get accurate prices on this stuff. Everyone keeps saying "keep Diablo Canyon open" but no one says "which will cost this much". Another example here.

If approved, the extended lifespan for Diablo Canyon Nuclear Power Plant would carry symbolic weight in the birthplace of the modern environmental movement apnews.com/article/califo

I've seen now that coalition mps are saying that the stage 3 tax cuts are unnecessary. Labor is definitely going to spend the next 3 weeks defending coalition policy. Unbelievable

When they say "we can't do that we'll get hammered by the media" I hear "we can't have any convictions, people might challenge them!"

This is absolutely pathetic. So glad I've blocked all the Labor rusted-ons who are no doubt defending this milquetoastery.

Jason Momoa is not very believable as a world renowned sword fighter. He moves like a lumberjack. Nothing like the skill of whatshisname in the Witcher

transphobes crying about swimming pools and public toilets when 1: trans people have extremely disproportionate renal disease rates from avoiding public toilets 2: a poll asking trans people what they would do if every cis person vanished for a day had 90% answer "go swimming"

I've heard that if a non-dwelling is built more than 8m from the dwelling it doesn't need to comply with bushfire construction regs but I have no idea how to confirm
