A few pools do this. In London search for TAGS swimming. One in Hackney, one in Lewisham. It's only 2 hours on a Friday night. But it's in a private pool (normally used for lessons) off to the side, with all the blinds closed and seperate changing rooms. I travel 2 hours to go.
