No worries. I wasn't taking this to be argumentative. "BM" is an umbrella term and there are a lot of variants under it. Trungpa's way of being BM is unique, to be sure, but I still see him as falling into the general category.

If someone teaches the traditional bardo teachings, but also presents the view that there is a bardo in every moment, is that BM?

No, that in of itself seems traditional to me. Whether it's part of BM would depend on the larger context.
