I think Isabelle Stengers lays this out quite well in her book. I'm not a fan of some of his idiosyncratic terminology, especially in Process & Reality, but I find it illuminating to see what he's trying to express and why he's trying to do so

Would you argue that Whiteheads philosophy its a persoectival philosophy and if so, why does he not allow his conception of God to be consistently and sufficiently perspectival? Nietzsche holds a similar position but he eliminates rigoursly and consistently

Stengers, Thinking With Whitehead, pp. 179-84 analyzes Whitehead's refusal of classical perspectivism (because it leaves out felt interest) but also his not taking up a Nietzschean/postmodern perspectivism
