2/2 Better to ask who is the "best" (whatever that means) Chinese, Japanese, Korean, South Asian, or Latin American, etc. philosopher

there are more & less general versions of this question, & I am interested in what thoughts were on the general versions questions...however, if I asked best philosopher, would have gotten a lot of western male analytic philosophers, so i broke it down to mix things up, c'mon man

also treats the western world as homogeneous, but it is a way of acknowledging there is a neglected world outside of western philosophy many reading this exclusively focused on and finding out what people think about that...in other words, no duh, dude...I went to college, too :)
