Lol what? Part of it might be a power thing, sure, but I don’t know that extroverts are extroverts for the “power”. What if you’re at the bottom of the chain and you’re an extrovert. Why then?

There are plenty of introverts who prefer the consistency and settled nature of office relationships over developing new friendships outside of the office. And plenty of extroverts who would rather spend time with friends than with coworkers who they don’t feel as comfy around.

I'm an introvert but honestly couldn't care less where I sit during work so long as people leave me alone and let me work. I would honestly prefer a hybrid approach. Something like 3 days in the office and 2 wfh for example.
