Highly unlikely. Voting fraud happens but is very rare. It's more likely that 14% of early voters don't have a voting history because they're just voting for the first time.

What I find even more (potentially) interesting is that nearly 30% of early voters in Denton and Collin Counties have no general or primary history. I'm sure these are higher due to the influx of new residents from California (e.g. for Toyota).

Yes and in 2018 it was 10.9% in the Top 15 counties and in 2016 it was 15.8% - even higher. That's a normal number to see.
