    Ich arbeite selber an mir und versuche dass es wieder besser wird bei mir. Wenn ich nebenbei jemandem was gutes tun kann indem ich einfach nur zuhöre und von meiner Erfahrung dann berichte, bin ich mehr als gewillt das zu tun.

    Wenn ich mich mit Leuten über mein Mental Health oder Mental Health generell unterhalte, kann ich oft nicht glauben wie "simpel" die meisten das Problem sehen. Wenn das hier wer liest der Probleme hat: du bist nicht allein. Du bist gut genug. 1/2
