I‘ve been waiting for the American consulate in Munich to fly the globohomo imperial flag, but so far nothing. Recently, though, reliable sources inform me it‘s flying in the courtyard, so that it’s invisible from the outside. wat mean.

Might actually be the case, yes... On the other hand, I had pegged Munich as slightly better off than most other big cities in Germany. Then again, lower percentage in a bigger city still means more people to be offended. Why do I still care?
i know of at least some bureaucratic offices in Munich trying to prevent the display of rainbow flags on gvt buildings in central high traffic areas. not totally sure why, as every last street tram will be flying rainbows during CSD.

part (all?) of it may be trying to prevent vandalism. major central squares like Odeonsplatz are now full of drunken raucous crowds of new germans many nights, a new post-lockdown phenomenon

They should take it on the chin. I want to witness the cognitive dissonance of the notoriously pro-refugee gay community (they solicit them, after all) when they finally cannot deny that they are a security risk to them any longer.
