it's true that Dettmar issued the ruling, but there was never any serious chance it would go anyhwere, and it was overturned by the Oberlandesgericht over a week ago.
I see that's also noted at the end of this write-up. The police really did search his stuff and take his devices too.

Not normal, obviously the judiciary has been placed under a lot of pressure behind the scenes to go along with 'emergency' containment measures
