Italian, I’ve got no problems with. Having an Italian wife and living there for years helps.
I've been learning French for a few years, and I used to have this problem until I visited France. To be clear, my French was still terrible, but I think being around a bunch of French speakers... HAVING to use it, kind of broke it in a bit. I've not had problems since.
