I feel that the phenomenon of Asian grils (not immigrants, straight from Asia) dressed up in flamboyant bridal gowns posing for photographs in front of random buildings and fountains in European cities remains under-explained.

Do they fly all the way here for wedding photos. Are they just models and not actually getting married. Do cameras not work in Asia.

I think a Chinese acquaintance of mine flew in her family and her photographer for her wedding in Nice. The pictures are a status marker.
