I wondered why some of these test centres (set up in former cafes, etc.) were advertising so aggressively. It's obviously an enormous amount of money. They find hardly any cases at all, but end up sending a lot of false positives to quarantine.

Ha almost verbatim what you said at the end of the thread, didn't see that before posting. The bureaucracy here is so incompetent yet it's still suffocating. The worst of both worlds.
