All the overweight and obese should be subjected to a regime of food rationing. The license to purchase food would become more & more restricted, the higher one’s BMI. The extremely obese would be confined entirely to water and vegetables.

Very bad takes. The obesity problem is a drug problem, and it's caused by deprivation, alienation and slave chow. Need to attack it at the source. If you want to help, create local solutions.
