there‘s team lockdown that wants indefinite seasonal house arrests, and there‘s team vaxx, that wants annual vaccinations. right now team vaxx has the upper hand. vaccinations are eating into the political support for team lockdown. all the retirees think they’re safe now.
As long as they seem to be working at cross purposes there's some hope. The retirees will all be vaxxed in a few months in DE, and with that the big pro-lockdown constituency will start wanting normal life back. What happens when infections return in the fall, idk.
