The ones who are not scientists are the ones who cling most desperately to "Science". The irony is that the repeated failures and lies of the public health "authorities" have increased the science-idolators fear and dependence on these vary authorities.

Disconfirmed expectancy, i think it’s called? Scientific prophecies have failed and so they are believed now more and ever. I think it was you, who told me that the paradox of this whole thing, is the more they fail the more public support and power they acquire.
