This is what concerns me, tbh. The only people I know of who have had a rough time with covid are the elderly and pregnant women. If the elderly are not protected by the vaccines, or worse, it's going to be a very unpleasant autumn.
Israeli data seem to show strong protective effects. Also here in Germany, we entered less-than-average mortality as soon as the nursing homes were vaccinated. Unclear what's going on with the fully vaccinated infections in Singapore.

I have grown increasingly skeptical of nearly all data over the last decade (for example crime data that isn't based on number of dead bodies). Singapore is on a scale I find easier to trust.
