Exactly something a German national in academia would say. But yeah, I am mad because I'm trying everyday to solve the problems you just bitch about and it makes it harder when I have to defend against people that say you and I are the same because we see the same problem.

Maybe, maybe not. They sure don't have a solution the way you're doing it. All they have are anonymous Twitter glory from disaffected, angry people who don't know where to turn.
Literally every word you type about this, betrays your total naivité about the nature of power in general, and how it works in academic institutions. There is no persuading anyone there, and persuasion is in any case not one proceeds against political enemies.
