Polls say everyone is terrified of Corona & wants lockdowns forever. As for vaxx, we have high uptake only among elderly & at-risk; enormous reluctance among healthcare professionals & teachers. Either they just want lockdowns; or they‘re terrified to tell the polls the truth.

So what do you think will be the final % vaccinated in DE? 40%?
No idea; it depends on how successful they are at their various schemes to “encourage” vaccination. We don’t even have great data on how many of the prioritised younger groups (healthcare workers, teachers) opted out. In some places, maybe as high as 60-70%
