Polls say everyone is terrified of Corona & wants lockdowns forever. As for vaxx, we have high uptake only among elderly & at-risk; enormous reluctance among healthcare professionals & teachers. Either they just want lockdowns; or they‘re terrified to tell the polls the truth.

Polls seem accurate, around 50% of the U.S. population will get the vaccine. Might be enough for herd immunity in some areas.
This is about Germany. In the mentioned groups uptake has been substantially lower than expected.
