There were a lot of signals that C*V*D policy was police state bullshit. That was the first one, and it was a big one. It undermined my credulity early on.

yeah, i'm generally a lot more open to democratic/populist bought-in police state bullshit esp if it has a time limit, but it was p clear that the people in charge had their nuts loose & were not responsive. I was coping till june tho.

The footage from Netherlands is downright gruesome. Sending riot squads to bash and sometimes kill peaceful picnickers. Fucking insane.
