Never meet with anybody in private to have discussions about your political views. You’ll potentially get called into meetings on other pretences, and then discover it is really about this. Stand up and walk out. That’s what I did when it happened to me.
If it’s about raep and you’re a guy, you should get a lawyer immediately, I mean yesterday. They should only talk to your lawyer. I would seriously urge you to unenroll (or whatever the word is) from the school, rather than participate in any rigged process they devise.
You have no idea how biased an unfair these things are. I would rather be tried in the DDR.
I was similarly ‘relieved’ from a position at university, though not in teaching. Political wind changed and I was a favorite under the prior regime. Loyalists are too dangerous to be kept around—fortunately was handled quietly, I was told they could have done worse.
