That's quite astounding
I don't think you need to get into the details, stay with generalities. Anyone with a few brain cells should be able to see that universities are a part of the power structure that the elites benefit from. Universities need to be broken up like the big banks.

I wanted to talk about this for a log time. Every time I talk to someone outside academia they don't believe anything I say. They would be surprised how many modenr professors are just....sad.
