1) misleading y-scale 2) difference in 1st half doesn't seem statistically significant 3) I wouldn't be surprised if some people got infected *at vaccination spots themselves* since that's where you probably got the most random contacts.

There was a huge increase in tests in Schwaz, and everybody needed a certificate to go outside of the district. Moreover, there are no so many people in Tirol so basically every cluster results in a spike in overall incidence.
