Ha, I‘m sure that‘s coming. In this case, it means each household can only interact with one non-household person a day. Bavaria right now is scraping the 100 ceiling so this may never happen.

Still dystopic. How would you even begin to measure that, let alone enforce it. The awful pandemic schemes have been a perfect lesson in how refusing to have proper coutry borders just means you end up having lots of little borders inside your coutry instead.

Yeah, totally right. So far, these rules have been mostly unenforceable, but only if you have good neighbours. Anecdotes of snitching abound.
