And: If hospital/ICU capacity were the reason we are locked down, wouldn‘t there be a massive push to expand it? By reassigning & drafting doctors, drafting support personnel — basically what you would do in a war? There‘s nothing like that at all. The whole thing is a lie.

You would have thought... Needs to be reinforced that locking down the whole of society for several months is not actually a normal or sane way of dealing with hospital capacity issues. Especially when those issues are mostly imaginary

Here I think war metaphors are very clarifying. It’s like an army retreating in battle, because they don‘t think they have enough medics to handle the wounded. It is literally that ridiculous.
